If you are not in the financial situation to pay for an avatar base or custom work, I ask that you do not commission me.
Although you may see some of my work in my queue labeled as ‘free’ or 'trade', that does not mean I will do free work for commissions. Free work is strictly offered to my close friends.1) You MUST be 18+ to commission me. I will not work with minors.2) Payment plans + methods
Full payments are preferred, but I do offer 50/50 short-term payment plans if necessary. PayPal, Cashapp and Ko-fi are valid payment methods. I will not provide finished avatars/textures/model edits until the commission is paid in full.
Payment plans last 1-2 weeks to one month long depending on the price of the commission.3) Pricing
Do not make any attempts to haggle my prices. Pricing, especially in a quote, is firm. The only exception to this is if you want to commission me and use a model or asset that I wish to own myself, and only then I will reduce the price of the commission accordingly.4) Cancellation & refunds
Cancellations can be made at any time, however refunds can only be issued if I have not started on your commission yet.5) NSFW avatars & references
If you are purchasing a NSFW asset/avatar or sharing a reference sheet with NSFW parts on it, you must show a picture of your ID with all info except the DOB blacked out, and a piece of paper next to it with your discord username and the current date written on it to prove you are 18+ years old.
Alternatively, you can show your VRChat profile if you have the +18 badge. Your Discord username and VRChat username MUST be the same in order to use this method.6) Owning bases/assets
If I do not own an asset/model that you want to commission that has a TOS where sharing files is NOT allowed, I will require you to purchase and gift me the model or asset either on Jinxxy or Gumroad.7) File sharing
You are not allowed to share any files with anyone, including but not limited to: FBXs, Unity packages, Blender files, textures, etc.8) Making changes
Only small necessary changes and fixing mistakes are free (ex. if I miss a marking in texturing, or need to fix clipping on clothes). If more work is requested than initially discussed, I will ask for appropriate compensation due to more of my time being used. This applies to all mediums of work (Blender, texturing, Unity, etc.).9) Communication
If you take more than 7 days to respond to any messages your commission will be put on hold, and I will work on the next commission in the queue. You may have to wait until that current commission is finished before I return to yours.10) Surprises/gifts
If you want to commission me for a friend as a surprise or gift, I need to have contact in some way with your friend in order to get the commission done properly. I do not want to risk someone being unhappy with their avatar due to not getting input from the person the avatar is meant for.11) AI disclaimers
I will not accept AI 'art' to use as your references or images to use on your avatar. I will only warn you once about this before you are blacklisted.
Using my work to train AI is PROHIBITED.12) Creating merchandise of my work
Do not use my work for commercial purposes such as physical products, merchandise or anything similar without my explicit consent and consent of the original artist who made the base model (if written in their TOS, and you must show me a proper screenshot of you gaining consent from the creator if so.)I will not create anything that has any form of hate speech.
You may never use my work to slander anyone of any party. This includes but is not limited using my work in: homophobia, xenophobia, racism, sexism, etc.I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.I reserve the right to show my own work on here and other social platforms.DO NOT REPOST ANY OF MY WORK CLAIMING IT AS YOUR OWN OR WITHOUT CREDIT TO ME.
DO NOT SELL ANY PART OF YOUR COMMISSIONED AVATAR.If you break my TOS, you will be blacklisted and no longer able to commission me for avatars or any other services.To be sure you have read this, send me an emoji of a bird along with confirmation that you have read my TOS.

Unity setup and uploads start at $15 and will increase with toggles and extra features (ex. emissions, matcaps, particles or other special FX).Assets & toggles: $3 each, $5-8 if more complex setup is required.Adding ear tracking to a FT avatar: $10
